I work alongside retreat leaders, festival organisers, and private hosts to handle everything from menu to plate, serving meals that meet the intention of the gathering, whether that's an intimate weekend retreat or a high-volume festival kitchen. Whatever you're offering, the food should be the last thing you're worrying about. That's where I come in.

1). It starts with a conversation.

Before we talk food, we talk retreat. A call to get to know each other, understand what you're offering, and to ensure that everything I cook is in service of that.

2. Then we create your menu.

Your menu is designed around your retreat and reflective of its goals, as well as the location and season. I work with local markets and suppliers to make sure what lands on the table is fresh and delicious.

3. Every preference is covered.

Whatever dietary needs are in the room - allergies, intolerances, preferences - we'll figure it out early and cook around it. Everyone gets a full plate.

My intention is to take care of everything, so you can stay present and enjoy the retreat you worked hard to create. I offer a full-service experience, arriving with everything the kitchen needs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages. I handle the prep, the service, and the clean-up. The only thing left for you to do is enjoy the food.
